Mike Larkin promoted to Senior Property Manager. Mike joined Elliott Associates in May 2002 as a Property Management Assistant and was promoted to a Property Manager in 2005. Mike oversees the day-to-day management of approximate 1 million square foot of shopping centers, retail and medical/office properties. Additionally, he communicates regularly with property owners and vendors, manages tenant relations, develops yearly budgets, completes annual CAM reconciliations and oversees accounting, facilities management and leasing services for his portfolio.
PORTLAND – About 300 people turned out yesterday for a luncheon held at the Nines Hotel where the Oregon Business magazine fifth annual celebration of the 100 Best Green Companies to Work for in Oregon took place. This year marks a quarter century since our own, Cap Berri, was awarded his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), a professional organization recognized by the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Cap was named CPM of the year in 1996 and served in several leadership positions in the IREM Oregon-Columbia River Chapter, including as the organization's President Elect in 1997.
Sarah Voyles joined Elliott Associates, Inc. (EAI) in November of 2011 as an Assistant Property Manager, aiding Property Manager, Mike Larkin, in managing his growing portfolio of properties.

October, 2008 - Todd Amacher recently joined Elliott Associates, Inc. as a leasing broker, bringing with him extensive experience and background in both the management and leasing of investment properties. Amacher, a licensed broker since 1985, has worked with a variety of clients, including Willamette Dental Group, Mortgage Market, US Bank, Bajio Mexican Grill, Muchas Gracias, Ultimate Tan, and Island's Tanning. Mr. Amacher will be joining a seasoned leasing team at Elliott Associates, Inc. which has been responsible for transactions totaling over five million dollars.
August, 2008 - On August 12 at 1:00 pm, contractors and owners alike will break ground on what is slated to be a 1.7 million dollar commercial real estate pad and development project in the city of Eugene at Santa Clara Square Retail Center. The ceremony will kick-off a project that is scheduled to house two tenants, Sleep Country USA and Pacific Cascade Federal Credit Union, and will add to the already existing, established center of over 100,000 square feet with tenants including Albertsons, Office Max and Shari's restaurant.
July, 2008 - When the commercial real estate services firm, Elliott Associates, Inc., recently relocated to an outdated existing building at 901 NE Glisan St., the importance of maintaining a balance between sustainable and artistic commercial renovation was at the top of the list. The former Copeland Lumber Building lay vacant for over seven years before renovation began. The building was renovated reusing existing materials and sustainable natural products to help blend the barrier between the structure itself and then natural arboretum surrounding it. This attention to detail in the effort to go green had even the city of Portland taking notice when the building was distinguished with the City of Portland Sustainable Development G-Rated Certification for sustainable commercial renovation.
