Willow has the special perspective of being familiar with the roots of Elliott Associates dating back to 1977 in Eugene, Oregon, since her brother and sister-in-law are the founders.

Through the years, she has worked in the Accounting Services or Property Management areas part-time as needed and has enjoyed seeing the company expand into other states and areas of expertise. She worked as an Accounts Payable Clerk before moving over to Property Management. Her responsibilities as a Client Services Assistant include lease file management, tenant correspondence, facilities teamwork orders, billing address changes, and filling in for the receptionist.

Willow was a political science major who went on to pursue a certificate of Massage Therapy from the Oregon School of Massage, and she continues to study herbalism, plant ID, wildcrafting, and more. She is bi-lingual, well-traveled through Mexico and Central America, and is dedicated to keeping EA on track with sound environmental and recycling practices.
