William has worked for Elliott Associates since June 2008.  He is currently assisting Mike Larkin as an Assistant Property Manager.  The portfolio consists of over 20 properties totaling over 966,000 square feet of office, retail, and industrial space.  In addition, William works with EAI's facility services and property management team, creating contracts and managing work orders through state-of-the-art online software.

A native of Hawaii, William grew up working in the family pool business and is competent in pool maintenance, repair, installation, and tiling.

William graduated from Linfield College in June 2008, with a Bachelor of Science degree in business.

He looks forward to excelling in the real estate industry on the West Coast and in Hawaii.  He enjoys the great outdoors, especially snowboarding.  He recently moved to Portland and is eager to immerse himself in the city's rich culture.
