Tracey was hired as an Assistant Property manager in 2006 and assists a Senior Property Manager in management of 12 properties, providing a variety of administrative and clerical functions to support Property Management staff.

She participates in budget preparation and execution, prepares statistical analysis, coordinates facility maintenance and repair, and monitors and provides resolution with regard to tenant relations. In addition, she assists the Property Manager with collection of overdue payments from tenants, administers tenants' compliance with the terms of the lease, prepares weekly or monthly reports for assigned properties,and reviews operating statements for accuracy.

Before joining Elliott Associates, she was an Education and Training Manager for approximately 800 Air Force personnel. She managed allocations and scheduled training and certification requirements, authored training materials, policies and procedural checklists, instructed training courses, conducted internal surveillance, task certifications, and procedural compliance inspections, and evaluated training program methods.

She has a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management from the University of Maryland University College, an Associates of Applied Science in Education and Training Management, An Associates of Applied Arts in Logistics, and she has over 200 hours of advanced leadership/management training from the USAF Senior Non-Commissioned Officers Academy.

Tracey is married to Darren, has two children, and enjoys camping with her family. They all reside happily in Damascus, Oregon.
