Tina joined Elliott Associates in May 2009.  As a Portfolio Accountant, she is responsible for the financial aspects of her portfolio of properties.  She works closely with the property manager and assistant property manager to create a cross-functional team.  Her specific duties include preparing  tenant statements, monitoring cash flow, reconciling bank statements, and drafting property budgets.

Tina joined Elliott Associates with ten years of experience as a property accountant with Pacific Realty Associates (PacTrust), a commercial development and investment company headquartered in Portland, OR.  She has extensive knowledge relating to financial statement preparation, annual operating expense reconciliations and budgeting.

Tina holds a Bachelor of Arts in business administration-accounting from Portland State University, where she also was a student-athlete, competing in track & field and cross-country.

In her spare time, she loves to garden, run, hike and mountaineer.  You can also find her at a local yoga studio, perfecting her tree pose. She lives in Northeast Portland with her family.
