Suzette joined Elliott Associates in September 2007.
She assists in the management of properties and provides a variety of administrative and clerical functions, supporting the Property Management staff. Her duties include assisting in the preparation of the budgets, maintaining positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and all departments within the company.
Before joining EA, she managed a portfolio of five commercial properties. As a sole proprietor with no employees, she was responsible for every aspect of property management, including but not limited to accounting, facilities maintenance, lease renewal negotiations, oversight and follow up on construction projects, preparation of reports, and attending yearly shareholder meetings.
She also worked closely with owners' attorneys and accountants, prepared yearly budgets and CAM reconciliations, prepared year-end financial reports, 1099s, and process adjusting journal entries. She did this in addition to maintaining positive working relationships with property owners, tenants and vendors.
Suzette studied Social Sciences at Southern Oregon University. She received her Oregon Property Manager License from Portland Community College and acquired her Oregon Real Estate License in 2005.
She will celebrate her 25th wedding anniversary next year, and has two children, a dog and three cats.
