
Stacey Glenewinkel
Stacey Glenewinkel joined Elliott Associates in January of 2011 as an assistant property manager. She currently supports Julie Muir in the management of approximately two-million square feet of commercial real estate in five western states. She oversees the day-to-day building operations, coordinates facility maintenance and repair, manages relationships with vendors and contractors, and monitors and assists in the collection of rent payments. She is also responsible for distributing monthly owner draws, reviewing and approving invoices, tracking gross sales reported by tenants, assisting in the production of monthly management reports and the annual prepartion of budgets and CAM reconciliations.
Prior to joining Elliott Associates, Stacey was a project manager for a company in Seattle. Her responsibilites included serving as a point of contact for multi-national clients in order to coordinate efforts with local managers on clinical research projects. She represented the customers' interests in the completion of project activities and implemented actions to ensure adherence to established practices and deadlines.
Stacey graduated with honors from Western Washington University with a bachelor's degree in economics. She then went on to earn a master's degree in urban and regional planning from Portland State University (PSU). She is currently nearing the completion of PSU's graduate certificate in the real estate development program. Stacey is a LEED Accredited Professional as well, a designation given by the U.S. Green Building Council.
Stacey was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and enjoys hiking and camping wtih her dog, Annie.
