Shari celebrated her one-year anniversary with Elliott Associates in January 2008. In her position, she assists the Senior Property Manager in management of 27 properties and provides a variety of administrative tasks. She coordinates facility maintenance and repair, monitors and provides resolution for tenant relations, assists with collection of overdue payments from tenants, prepares monthly financial narratives, gross sales reports and owner draws and helps with the preparation of annual budgets.

Before joining EA, she was an Operations and Real Estate Coordinator at Oil Can Henry's corporate offices. In this position she honed her skills by performing a variety of administrative functions for the Director of Operations, including preparing weekly statistical analysis on product inventory, coordinating monthly bonuses, working with vendors and newly appointed franchisers.

She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Eastern Washington University and an Associate of Arts from Columbia Basin College in Pasco, Washington.

Shari lives in Portland, Oregon, and enjoys traveling, concerts, wine tasting, the Saturday Market, and time with family and friends.
