Michael joined Elliott Associates as a Property Management Assistant in May 2002, and was promoted to a Property Manger in February 2005.

He currently manages a 1 million square feet  portfolio in office and retail. His responsibilities include day-to-day management of property portfolio, communicates regularly with property owners and vendors, manages tenant relations, develops yearly budgets, completes annual CAM reconciliations, and oversees accounting, facilities, and leasing services.

Before joining EA, Michael worked in operations at Flying Rhinoceros, Inc. from October 1999 to October 2002. He collaborated with HR and the executive team to manage the operations of a creative services studio with 100 employees in the Pearl District. Projects included facilities management, A/P, shipping/receiving of products, new hire orientation, client host, special event planning, resource coordinator, grill master, shave ice operator, and more.

Michael has a bachelor degree in history from Whitworth University in Spokane, Washington, and is an Oregon Real Estate Broker and Washington Real Estate Salesperson. Mike is happily married, has two daughters, and another one on the way.

He lives and perpetually remodels in a historic neighborhood in NE Portland.
