Maria Schwieger recently joined Elliott Associates, Inc. as an assistant property manager to Senior Property Manager, Julie Muir. In this role, she assists in managing approximately 25 retail, office and mixed-use properties in several different states. Schwieger works to maintain vendor and tenant relationships, coordinates facility maintenance and repairs, monitors and provides resoution for tenant relations and assists in preparing the annual budget for her clients.

Prior to joining Elliott Associates, Inc., Schwieger worked for three years at Marcus & Millichap in Arizona as an operations manager to one of the top investment agents in Phoenix.

Maria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in secondary education and Spanish from the University of Portland and has studied abroad in both Spain and Mexico.

In her free time, Maria enjoys spending time with her cockapoo, Max. She lives in Northwest Portland.
