Kellie has been employed with Elliott Associates since June 2006 as a Property Manager of retail and office properties.

She oversees day-to-day management of property portfolio, communicates regularly with property owners and vendors, manages tenant relations, develops yearly budgets, completes annual CAM reconciliations and oversees accounting, facilities, and leasing services.

Before joining EA, she was a Community Association Portfolio Manager of approximately 2,500 homes, and she was a Senior Facilities Planner for a Fortune 500 Company, where she managed design and maintenance employees, and capital improvement projects, including a four-phase $2.4 million dollar employee-occupied office renovation project.

Kellie has a Bachelor of Arts in the History of Architecture from the University of Oregon where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She holds an Arizona Real Estate Agent License, a Washington State Real Estate Agent License, an Oregon Real Estate Broker's License, and is a CPM Candidate with the Institute Real Estate Management (IREM).

Kellie is married and resides in NW Portland and enjoys traveling, fine dining & wine, art museums and Formula I car racing.
