Kathleen Truman joined Elliott Associates in January of 2011 as the corporate accountant. In this position she is responsible for all cash flow projections, payroll and financial statements for the company’s corporate accounts. Kathleen assists in preparing the annual budget and records and analyzes all financial information for Elliott Associates. Additionally, Kathleen acts as the human resources liaison for all employee benefits and employee company policies.

Prior to joining Elliott Associates, Kathleen spent 23 years working at Prendergast & Associates, Inc. During her time there, she moved from accounts payable clerk to controller. In her role as controller, Kathleen was accountable for all the corporate, property and construction financial processing.

She graduated from Marylhurst University with a Bachelor of Science in business administration.

Kathleen was born and raised in Portland and currently resides in SE PDX with her husband, son and dog.
