Jamie Nelson joined Elliott Associates in September 2001 as a file clerk, and in four months, he worked his way up to a property management assistant. He was a quick study and an eager learner who had a penchant for the business. He soon found himself working for EA as a leasing broker who has grown in four short years to find himself marketing, leasing, and renewing existing tenants in over four million square feet of retail real estate.

Jamie received his Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University and also earned his certified lease specialist (CLS) license by the International Counsel of Shopping Centers (ICSC) in 2005. He is currently working toward his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He has been a real estate broker in Oregon and a real estate salesperson in Washington since 2001.

He and his wife Lisa have two sons, ages four and one. They live in Portland, Oregon.
