When Elliott Associates purchased Quantum Commercial in 1988, we had the good fortune of being introduced to Douglas Hallander.

Doug agreed to join EA at that time, and has since become our property controller and is in charge of overseeing financial accounting  with a concentration in budgeting and expense recoveries. He is also an accountant in charge of property accounting for a portfolio of managed properties.

Doug's abilities and mastery of the mysterious ways of Excel budgeting are legendary. When he was at Quantum Commercial, a property management company located in Vancouver, Washington, with a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, he held the title of controller. He was involved in corporate accounting and management and property management accounting.

He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Oregon, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants. Doug has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University with a concentration in accounting and a minor in math.

He is married to Debbie and resides in Wilsonville, Oregon. He enjoys spending his free time traveling and camping.
