Diane Hess is a Senior Portfolio Accountant who provides the accounting for a portfolio of 30 properties, trains new accounting staff, and coordinates accounting procedures between the property management department and the accounting department. She has been with Elliott Associates for 14 years, and in that time, she has worked closely with each of the property managers in many different accounting positions.

Before coming to EA, Diane was the box office manager for the Mabel Shaw Bridges Center for the Performing Arts in Claremont, California, where she was responsible for ticketing a 2,500 seat performing arts center that presented live performances of music, theater and dance from college rock bands to the Alvin Ailey Dance Theater company. She also supervised a staff of student assistants and provided customer service.

Diane has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Portland State University, and in her free time she likes to sing, cook, hike, and volunteer. She is married to Sam, has three wonderfully talented children and resides in Portland, Oregon. She is known to frequently bake cookies in the lunch room kitchen for afternoon staff treats.
