The majority of Construction Management performed by Elliott Associates is on properties included in their property management portfolio, which includes almost five million square feet of primarily retail and office real estate, as well as some light industrial and multi-family residential. The projects consist of commercial construction, tenant improvements, and capital improvements.

Craig utilizes his extensive knowledge and expertise in construction and project management to ensure that everything related to Facilities Services improvement and construction projects run smoothly for clients and tenants. His 25 years of experience and education in engineering, development, and construction allow him to excel as a construction manager.

Before joining EA, he acted as an independent representative for civil engineering firms, performing construction process monitoring, advising, reporting, and other miscellaneous tasks associated with the construction phase of civil projects. Craig has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Portland State University.

He is married to Janet, has three children and resides in West Linn, Oregon. He enjoys spending time river rafting, boating, camping, gardening, working on his house, and spending time with family.
