Chris Lio joined Elliott Associates, Inc. as a leasing broker in December of 2010. With over fifteen years of background in commercial real estate, he brings extensive knowledge and experience to the established leasing team. Chris will be responsible for leasing for a diverse portfolio of EAI managed properties, as well as generating non-managed leasing.

Prior to Elliott Associates, Chris worked as an associate for Marcus & Millichap Investment Real Estate. There, he developed his skills in direct marketing, research and property analysis in the multifamily housing group.

Additionally, Chris has worked for Pacific Equity Investments and Compass Commercial Real Estate during his tenure as a broker.

Chris obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in business administration, with an emphasis in real estate & finance, from the University of Southern California. Chris is a licensed real estate broker in the state
of Oregon.

Chris is married, has two children, and lives in Wilsonville, Ore. He is active in coaching and organizing youth baseball.
