Chase started with Elliott Associates in May 2006, bringing nine years of commercial property management experience from Southern California and Portland.

She has eight years of facilities management experience in commercial property management, studio filming and recording lot management and retail/office facilities management.

Chase was a Facilities Administration Manager supervising a staff of twelve at a fourteen Building Filming and Recording Studio on a historical lot, portions of which were originally built by Charlie Chaplin in 1917.  She assisted with sub-leasing, special events/public relations management, as well as overseeing the security, facilities, maintenance, reception and mailroom services departments.
