Ashley joined Elliott Associates in September 2009. In her position, she currently supports Kellie Underwood and their portfolio of 15 properties in Oregon and Washington. Ashley performs a variety of duties including: coordination with vendors for property maintenance and projects, preparation of monthly invoicing, collection of overdue payments from tenants, assisting and distribution of monthly financial reports, tracking of gross sales, distribution of owner draws and assisting with the annual preparation of budgets and CAM reconciliations.

A recent transplant to Oregon, before joining Elliott Associates, Inc. Garron worked as an administrative assistant within the Corporate Properties Group of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in West Des Moines, Iowa.

Ashley is currently working on getting her Real Estate License for Oregon and plans to have her license for both Oregon and Washington this year.

Garron moved from Iowa to Oregon in February of 2009 to be closer to family and currently lives in West Linn. When not at work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her puppy Lola, going to the coast, shopping and exploring the different parts of Portland and all that it has to offer.
