Ann has been employed with Elliott Associates since May 2008.  As an Associate Property Manager, she oversees the day-to-day management of her property portfolio, manages tenant relations, communicates regularly with property owners and vendors, develops annual budgets, and completes annual reconciliations.  Moreover, she oversees her properties'  accounting, facilitiy and leasing services.

Ann has spent over ten years in retail sales and management, honing her skills at building relationships by exceeding client needs.  Most recently, she branched into residential real estate sales, where she assisted both buyers and sellers.

She obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communications from Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon.  She holds a diploma in fashion merchandising from Brooks College in Long Beach, California and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Oregon.

Ann is happily married, has a daughter, two dogs and a cat.  She resides in a local historica neighborhood, where she loves to live, work, and play.
