TWIN CITY SHOPPING CENTER to House Big Lots and Jo-Ann Fabrics in Redevelopment Project

October, 2008 - Recently, contractors broke ground on what is slated to be a 2.7 million dollar commercial real estate redevelopment project for Twin City Shopping Center, a 76,646 square foot retail center located at 700 Ocean Beach Highway, in Longview, WA.  The project, estimated to be completed early summer, 2009, will house three tenants in the updated 57,490 square foot space and will replace Sinnett's Grocery Store.
The redevelopment project will include a 25,014 square foot lease to Big Lots and a 20,000 square foot lease to Jo-Ann Frabrics.  Approximately one-third of the redevelopment space is still available for lease.  Big Lots and Jo-Ann Fabrics will add to the preexisting 76,646 square foot retail center, boasting several national tenants, including Dollar Tree, Fashion Bug, Aarons Rents, Hollywood Video, Sally Beauty Supply, Payless Shoes, Athlete's Corner, and Figaro's Pizza.  R & H Construction has been retained as the general contractor.
