TRACEY TOY TRANSITIONS TO PROPERTY MANAGER

August, 2009 - Tracey Toy, of Elliott Associates, Inc., was recently promoted to property manager, and will be supervising her own portfolio of retail, office, and flex properties.  In her new position, toy will oversee a portfolio of properties, prepare operating budgets, CAM/tax/insurance billings, percentage rent calculations, CPI increases and will supervise the leasing staff and facilities managers in the day-to-day operations of her portfolio of properties.  Toy, who began her property management career at EAI working as an assistant property manager, brings over three years of experience at Elliott Associates, Inc., to the position.
