Maria Schwieger Joins Elliott Associates, Inc. as Assistant Property Manager

Maria Schwieger has joined Elliott Associates, Inc. as an assistant property manager to Senior Property Manager, Julie Muir. In this role, Schwieger assists in managing approximately 25 retail, office and mixed-use properties in several different states. Schwieger works to maintain vendor and tenant relationships, coordinates facility maintenance and repairs, monitors and provides resolution for tenant relations and assists in preparing the annual budget for her clients.

Prior to joining EAI, Schwieger worked for three years at Marcus and Millichap in Arizona as an operations manager to one of the top investment agents in Phoenix.

Schwieger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in secondary education and Spanish from the Universtiy of Portland and has studied abroad in both Spain and Mexico.
