Elliott Associates, Inc. Welcomes Ashley Garron as Assistant Property Manager

Ashley Garron recently joined Elliott Associates, Inc. as an assistant property manager to Kellie Underwood. In this role, she will be responsible for helping manage a portfolio of 15 properties in Oregon and Washington. Garron performs a variety of duties, including:coordination with vendors for property maintenance and projects, preparation of monthly invoices and collection of overdue payments from tenants, assisting and distributing of monthly financial reports, tracking gross sales, distribution of owner draws and helping prepare the annual budgets and common area maintenance reconciliations.

A recent transplant to Oregon, before joining Elliott Associates, Inc., Garron worked as an administrative assistant within the Corporate Properties Group of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in West Des Moines, Iowa.
