ELLIOTT ASSOCIATES Honored With RECYCLE WORKS AWARD

October, 2008 - The city of Portland's Office of Sustainable Development honored Elliott Associates with the prestigious Recycle Works Award for Elliott Associates commitment to reducing workplace waste.  As part of their pledge to the environment, Elliott Associates formed a green team to identify and combat EAI's largest sources of waste.  Elliott Associates also buys 30% post-consumer recycled content office products, uses durable dishware, and also has available desk-side recycling for each employee.  Moreover, Elliott Associates has started food composting in the kitchen, participates in quarterly plastics round-ups, and is also in the process of going paperless.  In addition, Elliott Associates encourages employees to bike commute when possible.  Elliott Associates is committed to making Portland a greener city.
