Elliott Associates Amps Up Investment Team with Addition of Joe Sandahl

Elliott Associates, Inc. (EAI) is pleased to announce the addition of Joe Sandahl as Senior Manager of Capital Markets & Asset Management. In this role, Sandahl will play an integral part in the company’s asset management, brokerage and new business development activities. Additionally, he will lead efforts to create pooled real estate funds for property acquisitions. 

Prior to joining Elliott Associates, Sandahl was the president and founding principal of Sandahl Pacific Investment Real Estate, Inc. (SPIRE) There he represented and advised clients in tax deferred exchanges and other real estate related matters.

Sandahl began his career in real estate at Wyse Investment Services Company (WISCO), where he worked for nineteen years. For over ten of those years, Sandahl served as the firm’s executive vice president and was integral in all of the company operations, leading both the asset management and real estate investment departments and developing the company’s property management sector. At WISCO, he navigated the acquisition of dozens of properties worth well over $150 million dollars.
