Elliott Associates Adds Nearly 200,000 Square Feet to Management Portfolio

January, 2009 - We are cookin'!  Elliott Associates superior property management skills have helped the company obtain five new commercial properties.  Kellie Underwood, property manager, and her team will be managing Tanasbourne Business Park in Hillsboro as well as JIVA - NW Center for Orthopedics and Rehabilitation in the Pearl.  Tanasbourne Business Park's three buildings were developed in 1995 and provide office and industrial space for approximately 20 tenants, while JIVA's four-story building exclusively houses medical users.  In addition, property manager Mike Larkin and his team will be managing the Gresham Crossing Office and Gresham Crossing Retail buildings as well as the Lombard Station Retail in North Portland.  The Gresham properties are newly built and house Walgreens, Subway, and an urgent care facility.  The Lombard Station Retail was built in 2005 as part of the Fred Meyer remodel, just in time to take advantage of the new Interstate MAX line.  Tenants include Hollywood Video, Gamestop, Activate Wireless and Panda Express.  Elliott Associates manages 85 properties, totaling in excess of four-million square feet of commercial real estate.
