Chris Lio Joins Elliott Associates, Inc. as Leasing Broker

Chris Lio has recently joined Elliott Associates, Inc. (EAI) as a leasing broker, bringing over fifteen years of background in commercial real estate.  His extensive knowledge and experience is a welcomed asset to the company’s already established leasing team. Lio will be responsible for the leasing for a diverse portfolio of EAI managed properties, as well as generating non-managed leasing.

Prior to EAI, Lio worked as an associate for Marcus & Millichap Investment Real Estate. There he developed his skills in direct marketing, research and property analysis in the multifamily housing group. He has also worked for Pacific Equity Investments and Compass Commercial Real Estate during his tenure as a broker.
