CAP BERRI, Senior Asset Manager, receives CCIM designation

October, 2006 - The Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation was awarded to Cap Berri in October 2006 by the CCIM Institute of Commercial Real Estate.  Cap also previously earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM)  from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from Building Owners and Management Association (BOMA) International.  The CCIM designation required completion of coursework and exams covering all aspects of real estate investment.  Cap has been with Elliott Associates for 10 years and currently oversees the asset management, brokerage and leasing services with the company.
