ANN MARTIN Joins Elliott Associates, Inc. as Assistant Property Manager

August, 2008 - Ann Martin, formerly in residential real estate sales, recently joined Elliott Associates, Inc. as assistant property manager.  In this role, she will assist the senior property manager in the management of 15 commercial properties, as well as provide clerical support.  Martin will coordinate facility maintenance and repair, monitor and provide resolution for tenant relations, assist with the collection of overdue payments from tenants, prepare monthly financial narratives, gross sales reports and owner draws, and help with the preparation of the annual budget.
Before joining Elliott Associates, Inc., Martin spent over ten years in retail sales and management, where she honed her skills in building relationships with clients and addressing their needs.  Licensed in the state of Oregon, Martin holds a degree from Linfield College.
